You'd think a negligent discharge and article 89 charges would be enough to get rid of even a MSG.

When discipline is a casualty of manning requirements; "We can't afford to lose any of you, so work this out."

I'd bring him outside the wire and see if I could get him to shoot someone by accident, but it'd most likely be one of my own guys.

Assign him to shit cleaning duty for a few days. Also make him practice the fine art of keeping the booger hook off the bang switch. Shame is a great teacher.

I timed a coffee wrong and had a caffeine crash, jet lag & 3 hour time differential all hit me before my last oral argument to try out for moot court. Also they peppered me with questions the entire time and so I didn't get to a lot of my better points. Even so I think I did OK except for once where my mind completely blanked for about 10 seconds. I was definitely on low power mode.

This is in the wrong thread.

But I'm laughing too much to care.

Didn't make it. Was probably fucked over by jet lag and lack of sleep. Probably 40 hours of work down the drain.

And that's why it's in the right thread. Dude, if someone came to me with a problem, the first thing I'd do is crack a joke and help them laugh it off. Once you can laugh at a problem it's MUCH easier to solve.
