Welcome to 400 motherfucker.

Been trying to open New Vegas for better than 45 minutes now, every time "The Steam servers are too busy to handle your request"

What the fuck, the files are on my harddrive, and I own it, fuck you Valve.

Open TF2, it launches instantly. Try New Vegas again, "The Steam servers are too busy to handle your request"

Seriously, fuck Steam. This thing has sucked since (literally) day 1.

go to newvegas nexus and download the Fallout Mod Manager. You can launch it through there. I was having the same problem and the FOMM let me play it.

I figured I'd try to force it to update/launch by deleting a few small essential files from the FNV folder. Ironically the Steam servers are 100% dead right now, so attempting a file verify is impossible.

gg.

I enjoy installing every game on my Steam library just because I have the space to do so.

God I wish I had more games to take up space.

Combat Tacos were made today at 0200.  It was like drunk food, without the drunk.

New favorite hobby: Playing Minecraft fullscreen on primary, watching gangland on Netflix fullscreen on secondary. Only upside to having a CRT for the secondary still, same aspect ratio.
