So, I got to buy 3 textbooks. Only problem is, the bookstore wants like 350 for em, and I'm like fuck that. So I'm looking online for some, but was wondering what site do you guys use?
And if I could have preferred preference, I'd prefer sites that deliver to Canada too.

I've bought two textbooks off amazon....both had problems. First one was because the retailer on amazon apparently went solvent and never sent out his or her last 300 orders. Second time was because Amazon used some shitty delivery service "ensenda" who left the book at the front step of the dormitory. Yeah, that didn't stick around.
But hopefully you won't have those problems. And in both cases Amazon fully refunded me. So they've kept my business. |

if they ship to you. International editions suck, the binding is terribad and the books fall apart and have no resale value. Even when they say they're hardbound, they're literally just a cheapass softcover with a hardback glued to them, instead of a proper binding. Would not buy again.

If you need specific text books for your class go for those in any way possible, it might be easier to buy if they can't be found (Time is also worth money.) but if not then you can find better stuff all over the internet.
Signature temporarily out of order until I get off my lazy ass to fix it. |

I've used Half.com and also Amazon.com (cuz of the nice free 2 day shipping for students).
I've had a problem with one seller on half.com who refused to ship my textbook for god knows what reason, but I opened a case and got a refund. No problems with amazon.com yet. ask me about mpreg |
