Don't lie. You know you cackled with maniacal laughter as you pulled the heads off.

What's the purpose of the DNA research?

Progress takes effort. Even if it's just a little bit.

And you cunts should not be letting this thread page-3. This is a good thread.

I learned that you'll always have your busiest nights when the register fucks up and takes literally three minutes to run one credit card's information, if it runs at all.

Course, I already knew that, I just 'remembered' it today.

That's not as bad as when the register fucks up and doesn't print receipts properly at all, especially when you're closing out the credit card machine.

Ouch, we managed to bypass that kind of bullshit by just doing receipts by hand for credit cards.  Apparently on my off day the register shut down entirely, though.  They had to calculate tax and everything by hand, which is so not fucking cool.  Same thing happened to me once before, and I just felt like leaving, such a hassle.  Stupid technology!

I think we should all riff this shit next saturday at 9/8c on SYFY.(By using Mumble)

(EDIT)
Also, that being a kickass LEGO builder makes it easier to get a job at the LEGO store.

What I learned the day before friday:

Never try to sing like Julian Casablancas' studio recordings. You'll hurt yourself. =[

Also Saxxy is like half a foot taller than me.

I learned that a film major is the best excuse for watching movies through all for years of college and getting grades for it.

In a couple years worth of Fridays, you're going to learn exactly what a film studies degree is worth in the job market. >.<b

I learned that I can polish off most of a fifth of rum and then stay out until 5:30am and then sleep for four hours and wake up still drunk, no problem.

D*CON, feels good man.

I learned it is easier to walk through the Embassy rather than trying to walk around the Embassy.

I've also now had a 2 mile walking tour of Kabul.  Reminds me of some parts of Beaumont, TX, except with more HESCO barriers.

After talking to my friend earlier this week, I've learned about AmeriCorps, which is a great alternative to Peace Corps.
So I'm thinking about not taking the MCAT this spring and taking a year off after graduating next December to volunteer w/AmeriCorps.

I learned that no matter what is in front of me,
I'll work happily at making it the most important thing in the world...
so I can panic when it's not A+++ perfect.
