hey yeah no. garen is good all game, you just need to learn that autoattacks are eventually stronger than the spin, and that the spin has a use beyond damage

Xin is still a strong choice if you choose to jungle. Others can do it better, but his ganks are strong.

xin jungle is still laughable compared to good junglers, he's mid tier 3. and this does not change the fact you either do amazingly or feed.

except no, you really can't. most champions in the game have 3 states of being- good, mediocrity, and bad. not xin. xin is either really really good, like stomping through people good. or, he's absolute rubbish and just dies at everything he does. there is no "meh" for xin.

not really. tiers as in the style elementz uses are not designed to say "this champion is really bad and this champion is really good." it's the ease and capability at which they perform their role. as it is xin's been nerfed how many patches in a row now? all small nerfs, but eventually a ton of small nerfs equates one nerf master suck town rampage. the point still stands- xin is not in a good spot. he is barely viable at top-tier play and only by people who are dedicated experts at his playstyle. he is hyper viable at low-tier. he's basically a katarina- a pub stomper.
