You can pick your server from the server browser in battlelog. Just hit multiplayer and search for server. Settings you just ahve to change ingame which would be perfect if they could hook that to battlelog too, but you can just hit left-alt+enter to enter fullscreen. My fix for the game settings, was if they won't implement during your deploy time, cause you have to wait till your alive, that they should instead of just opening Battlelog right away, you get alittle window that gives you your game options so you can change them before starting battlelog, you save, and then click the Battlelog button. Seems simple enough to me really. Not thought I know how to code, but I've seen out of game settings windows before and I think, "Why not?" for here.
Also if Steam was used, it wouldn't utilize the friends list either as Battlelog, at least in Beta, utilizes it's own list. It doesn't even share with Origins friendlist that I saw. |

Though let me ride on my cloud of optimism and wish battlelog will allow you to import friends from steam just as it does with origin. So I figured out the secret to owning with recon
never use sniper scopes (except when camping the start of metro tunnel part 2 as defender, then you can rape with the bolt action) |

Only been on two, they were abit laggy, but so fun. I love that I can legitimately snipe now and that you really have to adjust your drop for the distances. Sucks that Straight Pull Bolt is broken in the Beta, but I got one hell of a shot from the huge antenna lol Makes that 12x scope useful. Same goes for Engineer, now that I can use his lock on rocket launcher. That's one thing I won't miss from Bad Company 2. Having to trace choppers, just so I can hit them lol

LONGEST/ BEST Battlefield 3 Sniper Headshot? - BF3 Caspian Border (1080p)
Thought this was pretty cool how much bullet physics really effect a shot.

2.4mb sig ã(ಠâ¿â¿à² ã)      (â¯à² â¿â¿à² )â¯ï¸µbıs qɯ4Ë2 |

Go into caspain, Set down mines anywhere by the points......... crouch and begin the lol'ing.  The mines render at the last second and are a bit difficult to see regardless. I'm killing the medal rights now lol.

Bullet speed is painfully slow, but I guess it helps convey the sense of a larger scale without being larger.
We REALLY need to organize a squad/teamplay thing before the beta ends guys. Only issue is that the squad system is totally borked ATM if you want to make your own, plus it'll be impossible to find an empty enough caspian server to actually get everyone to join the same game unless everyone's willing to que in for 30 minutes. I wish the game had legit voice chat too, not this faux shit they have. The Faux shit sounds cool at first, untill you realize its going on ALL the TIME and is louder than the actual gunfire is. "Uhhhh seems like we've got enemy soldiers in the AO be advised over!!" NO SHIT I"VE ONLY BEEN SHOOTING AT THEM THE WHOLE TIME The game really needs to only do that kind of stuff once in a while over the radio, and make it like TF2 for most important bits around you (i.e. if you are with people and they spot a tank, have THEM say tank spotted outload automatically instead of spamming the entire time over the loud radio that theres a tank in the AO). Or better yet, if there's a tank spotted within 100m of your location, only then you'll get the radio call and only if you aren't around friendlies. If you are around friendlies who have spotted a unit, then the friendly will shout that he spotted it instead of just doing it over the radio. Would sound so much nicer.

I got to lvl 41 last night as my last hoorah. the Dao-12 shotgun which you get at 36?, 38? is just amazing. Amazing with extra mag (7 shots go up to 12 per round), pellet ammo ( less spread and damange but more of a long range appoarch with a solid round coming out of it. Boom, head shot) and the 1x inr scope (heat sensor scope which you can't hide from). You can see anybody, anywhere with that scope. I can't wait to unlock that beast again.Â

Yeah I loved the DAO-12. I didn't get it upgraded very high, but it was alot better than the first semi-auto shotty you get. I got up to rank 40 myself. Another great gun to unlock was the .44 Magnum. Basically a two hit kill gun, though on ocassions, I did have to take three hits. I also saw there was an ACOG version you unlock later on, which will make it much better.

At least I thought it was an Acog lol It made sense for what kinda of power the gun as. Slow firing, so not the best up close unless you can get the shots off first, I personally like the automatic G18 over it most of the time, but man is it satisfying to use.

Probably just a RDS, people often confuse the two. |
Well I believe it was called .44 Magnum Scoped or Scoped .44 Magnum, so I would assume it's an actual scope on it and not just an RDS. |
