Some are better than others.  But that is also true with LoL I suppose.  At least DOTA2 is still in Beta stage.

dota has been receiving balancing patches since it's came out what 5 years ago? if you think a hero is bad it's likely because you're bad.

So is there any news on a public beta? I'm sorta interested in this, but it's no more than a "passing interest" and I'm not willing to plea or trade for a key.

DotaCinema on youtube has videos explaining all of the heroes abilities. Useful for figuring out which heroes you want to try next.
