If you contact customer support they should be able to help you as long as you can remember most of the information associated with it. I forgot all of my character names and thus couldn't log in and customer support helped me out pretty well.

Also, funny thing I saw regarding Aion someone posted. "GW2 is scaring all the MMO competition, NCsoft even made Aion free!" (Note, Guild Wars 2 is published by NCsoft.)
