So I won't be playing this weekend but it looks like r/guildwars2 will be on yaks bend and /v/ and /vg/ will be on anvil rock

very likely going to be going on one of those.
are we making a guild? how many people (from brbu) are going to be actually playing this game come release?

i will be making a guild in beta, i definitely will be playing it regularly and because of scaling down anyone will be able to help people do whatever without killing things in 1 hit, and we can try pvp and wvw as well obviously

also goonsquad is on yak's bend as well

I'll will be playing at the Beta and whenever it releases, as long as it doesn't come out between May 12 and June 26th, when I'm gone on a trip.

whatever we want, ultimately it doesn't matter since everything gets wiped anyway, we can decide on a permanent server whenever release gets announced. also everyone in beta gets a free 2000 gems

well yeah, i figured it would get wiped. I'm just talking about when release comes. It doesn't really matter what we pick for beta.

Anvil Rock definitely seems like the best choice for this beta since none of the big communities other than 4chan are rolling on it and I would like to stay as far away from guildwars2guru.com people as they are almost all idiots (they're rolling on yak's bend)

they're aiming for at least one weekend per month, but the nice thing is the time between weekends would probably mean drastically different builds each event

So we should probably change servers from Anvil Rock to something else, as it is hopelessly full. Arenanet is also making this easy as they posted this announcement on the forum:

In order to test transfers and world balance, from Friday, April 27 at 15:00 PDT to Saturday, April 28 at 18:00 PDT, players will have free and unrestricted World transfers.

Well you can switch without cost until tomorrow, because Anet has made it free to test the transfer function. So how does Scavenger's Causeway sound?
