in the words of my Physical Therapist, "If it starts to hurt, quit fucking doing it!"  I have been forbidden from any upper body workout until they get a good handle on my shoulder pain.  I've also been forbidden from stressing my knee until they get another strap for me.  I guess that means I'm supposed to do alot of core....

that's the thing i've been sitting on my ass all week hoping it would heal up. i'll just have to make sure I bring some pain pills.
