thanks, i just really needed right about now to have this remark told by someone who even knows i'm in a poor mental state, since tonight was already going so well for me. do you also go to rehab clinics and start telling your hilarious depression+alcohol themed jokes there? jesus christ.

Having lived in Virginia, I can definitely say that more than 2 miles from a University campus its pretty fucking depressing how proud of their ignorance people can be.

people aren't defined by their fan base though. NDT can still be respected as an educator popularizing science and space programs.

I got worked over by my doctors with jaw ratchets. They said if I can't stretch my jaw out by at least 5 mm by tuesday then they are going to sedate me and force me open. So painful, but now I'm terrified and want to make sure I meet their goal. The danger now is that my muscles are starting to scar and heal and they will tighten up to the point soon where I won't make much progress. They might even put me under general again and basically tear me open so I can start over.

I've had this conversation people before, it's god damn hopeless.  For some reasons there are tons of people who think there are three regions of the US- "East Coast" which extends into fucking Ohio for some reason, "West Coast" which ends somewhere in the Dakotas, and the "mid-west" which is everything but California, Texas, Florida and New York.
