Matter, have you seen corgi mixed breeds? There are some pretty interesting looking ones.

If allergies weren't an issue (I'm constrained to poodle mixes) I'd love a dog with papillon ears.

Those are pretty awesome, I'll definitely make my corgi owner friend look at them and convince her to make Corky wear a little argyle sweater.

and matter, there are other "hypoallergenic" dogs such as the schnauzer, shih-tzu, a lot of terriers, and bichon frise if you are interested in something other than poodles (although poodles are wonderful). I used to own a jack russell and I didn't have any problems (I also have allergies).

I've looked at a lot of hypoallergenic lists and a lot of the dogs you listed are tiny. I'm looking for a medium to large dog. I'm also looking for a mix for health purposes so I want a standard poodle mixed with something. Dogs even in the same litter vary in how much "allergy-chemical" (idk the name) they give off so you can look for which ones have curlier hair and hence more poodle genes.

I also loved the hemp-corgi's hat.

I'll probably buy a cat before I get a dog when I get my first real apartment and job. Already decided to spend too much money on a Siberian.

I wouldn't call a jack russell terrier tiny. Not to one's face.

few breeds of any size are as bad-ass as JRT's. Not the type of dog you want if you plan for it to loaf around a confined apartment, though.

My family has a JRT. She's thankfully pretty calm as far as the breed goes, but she still needs 3 walks a day and and doesn't play well with with small furry critters and lizards. The breed is intelligent and needs a lot of mental and physical stimulation.

I've been to a couple of JRT meets too and the dogs that actively hunt are not to be messed with. Bundles of muscle with attitudes much bigger than they are.

my neighbors have a jrt (possibly a mix) that does not get close to enough stimulation. I baby sat for them once and although kind, the dog would tear shit up and it constantly barks at people when it's outside.

Yea Jack Russells are fierce. They are also very protective and will bark aggressively at strangers (pretty common behavior).

The rat hunting part...mine died after eating a rat that was poisoned  Sad
I'm thinking about getting another one anyways since they are great dogs. They also don't shed too much.

The swastika at the end was a nice touch, although most likely too subtle for the sheeple.

Comcast suddenly removed their caps and in several public statements said they were never trying to discourage people using services like Hulu and Netflix. I thought that was kind of odd since Comcast isn't exactly a company with an awesome consumer reputation. Then I saw this:
http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2012/...orks-well/

Seems like Comcast *might* have violated or at least been in danger of violating their consent decree. This could get interesting.
