Looks to me like source recorder, then you can convert the demo to AVI and edit from there

Go to your console, then type:

record DEMONAMEHERE

That'll record a demo for you, it's just like Halo 3's vvideo recorder, so you can only watch videos in game. It records using the game engine. to stop recording type:

stop

This is a pretty decent guide on how to render the dem file to avi. Granted it's for CS, but you'll figure it out.

i took it a step past usign virtualdub to  make the video though. using Vegas and seeing what kind of tools it has.
