Sweet fucking Hazues the Turret Crash bug is annoying. Damn it SOE, running everywhere is shite. Flashes possess, hands down, the worst quad physics to exist.

Shut your whore mouth about quads.  But yeah, awful physics, but my best time in PS2 was a massive Gay Biker run into the impact crater.  We had like 40 ppl get on quads and all just drive straight over the crater edge and completely own the base below.  Had to be funny to see so many ppl on bikes roll over the edge and not die

Also I tried playing this for 15 minutes today and it runs fantastic at max settings, windowed, noborder for me.  And good god does it look gorgeous with the dynamic day/night stuff.  I should probably play it for reals sometime, it was really fun running around randomly repairing shit and occasionally shooting someone.

Wat?  It's like right there in the normal video options.  They call it "Fullscreen Windowed", which is windowed noborder.

As you may have guessed, I was Filth on Konried VS. Our old outfit forums are gone, and google directed me here.

I just got in on the beta action, played for a couple hours today after downloading/installing. I'm largely disappointed, as the controls for the vehicles are shite, and most combat is insta-death. It takes some getting used to. However, if I could hook up with some of you old bastards, that'd probably make me a happy panda.

I remember T.O but 9 years of drugs and booze will not make the mind what it once was.      I was mystic of reborn light on emerald and was running shenanigans with johnny (caff) for years.    These bitches are all going VS while i'm heading over to NC.    I look forward to disrupting your shenanigans ...... Bitches......

No, but the surround sound creaking and shuddering of the armor and subframe all around, especially when ravine hopping, just feels teeth-rattling, makes me less likely to run out by myself, because a fist sized rock can ruin my whole day.

That's probably my problem too. I'm doing terrible running solo, and the game (even being so close to launch) still feels clunky and slow, and controlling my character/vehicles is more challenging than it should be.

I have characters for each faction on Thebe [West]. I've mostly been playing VS, but I'm gonna try TR today.

Also, all of your characters should have received at least 1000 free cert points, so you can actually try more stuff out if you haven't been playing much.

Getting your mouse sensitivities dialed in (+ using a mouse with on-the-fly) helps a LOT with the game feeling chunky and slow. Except the whole dying in 3 seconds and spending the next 10 minutes getting to the fight thing. I wish that shit would stop.

ALSO IF YOU BOUGHT ALPHA SQUAD GO RESERVE YOUR GODDAMN NAME FOR LAUNCH. MINE WILL BE at0m.

Um, there is no airflow problem, the side of the case is open, Ive tried every configuration of possible power cables, nothing is stable. Every once in a while Ill get it to boot and stay on, things like TF2 run just fine. Throw it something that takes more juice and it hard locks.
