Holiday Cards Exchange

I remember a thread similar to this for last year but it ended up not happening. Hopefully there is a better turnout this year.
I always try to send some holiday cheer to my internet friends and this year I want to expand to the brbu-ers.
You can also participate in this wonderful season of card exchange!
I will create a "private" Google doc of everyone's addresses. PM me your address and I will give you the link to the document in exchange. Whether you choose to send a card or not to people on the list is up to you. Also, please be responsible with the document since it does contain private information.

I need:
Name
Street Address
City, State
Zip

Or province, country, etc for those outside the US.
