I want to play with friends from school though, trouble is convincing them. When people your friends dislike play the game, its difficult to sway their financial decisions.  And, I do not have that sauve way with words I sometimes convince myself I do.

Okay I had to go through that sentence a few times to figure out what it means. You're saying because your friends don't like someone who plays the same game, your friends don't like the game? How the hell would anyone rationalize that?

if we get a group of five together i can get some siege equipment and we can knock down some towers or something.


Actually that would be a terrible idea we would just lose a bunch of siege blueprints.

MY friends are weird.  I think they wont play it because I suggest it, using that "rationalization" as a bad excuse.  They need to see the game be played before they make decisions.  I got my friend to buy Borderlands 2 that way....he still is opposed to dlc for some reason...even if its on sale........

they're working on it but it isn't exactly something easy to fix, ps2 has the same problem and it isn't affected by any of the graphics options in the client

it's really just a matter of how much load they can put on the servers (hint, they don't have the resources to put the load on the servers)

Okay, idea. We got good group of people here playing this (or played it). Why don't we just get our "Guild Wars (insert day here)" then all head to WvW and start taking over bases and stuff.

I mean, crap. I'm a mesmer. We can even portal bomb someone else's squad if we wanted to.

I proposed that idea before but people here seemed to be against scheduling  :p Regardless, I'm generally available weeknights after about 7pm PST or sunday anytime.

it seems to be well-off, lower-level zones are less populated though, pvp is cross-server except for wvw so that doesn't matter (wvw is basically like planetside if you haven't played dark age of camelot, you attack keeps and you can get siege equipment)
