Santa delivered like a boss.
Alienware M11x. Basically, an i7 processor, 8GB RAM, 500GB memory, and a dedicated graphics card in an 11in screen compact package. I really didn't need it and it certainly is overkill and doesn't make much logical sense, but I think it's pretty damn cool. Oh, and it glows red. |

[/quote] Yep. It actually only switches to the card for certain applications (something I'm trying to figure out how to set up at the moment since I don't want to have the card running at all times). |

So, my wife and I got some Dr. Who stuff. She got a plush Tardis that makes the noise and I got a Tardis lunch box. She almost stole it from me. Then, tonight, we go to my parent's for dinner and my cousin gives my wife the same lunch box, so now we match.

Best gift I got IMO was a french press <3 With a ton of coffee to go with it
Tried it out today. Requires a bit more thought and time to work compaired to a drip brewer and I still gotta get my portioning/water heat right but it was great. Love using it. Also got a GPS (had my older one stolen earlier this year) and misc stuff like a popcorn maker, various gift cards and pre-paid cards (prolly close to $100 total between all gift/prepaid cards), etc. |

I continue to enjoy little indoor remote-controlled helicopters with all my heart. Also money and an omniheat base layer which will be excellent for Pittsburgh's January. The people in Canada and wisconsin should strongly consider looking for omniheat stuff in the day after christmas sales with your christmas monies.
