Spec Ops is awesome, but it does take a little bit to get into

yeah, bought.  I was only really interested in Spec Ops, but even in the bundles it's $5 cheaper.

Wow, nice. I bought SpecOps alone on Steam for...$10.19? It's actually regarded as a good game, an antithesis to all the other modern shooters.

So I have next to no experience with the Magic: The Gathering card game.  Would it be worth it to pick it up?  Can I play against the computer, or just other people?

LackeyCCG is a better solution, although the players may not be willing to teach you the finer points.

I'm really tempted by the indie pack. I already have some of the more desirable games like Bastion. Anyone know if you can gift extra copies of those? Could help me make up my mind.

No, it regards it as all one giant game so the extras aren't giftable. Bastion is currently $3.74 on Amazon if you want to gift it to someone. (I was going to do it but practically everyone on my friendslist owns it.)

Correct. I only had Bastion, Audiosurf and Castle Defenders already so I ended up getting it. A lot of the games are lightweight enough to run on my Air too which is an added plus.

Anybody who hasn't bought it yet can get it off Greenman Gaming for $17.50 with this discount: GMG30-DPLIM-DN831

It activates on steam.

If you're like me and bought an assload of single-player, story-driven games, then this website may be useful for budgeting your time.
