EDIT: Okay, this one seems pretty neat. Speaking of distractions, I apparently logged 80 hours on steam games over the past two weeks. I can't find anyone on my friends list (outside of UGC contacts) that has more. I assure you I'm not bragging--I don't know what this means for me. I feel like I should be ashamed, but my coursework hasn't suffered as a result of this habit (nor has it ever). Same with my social life offline. I do get the sense that I've been less organized as of late...and I don't know if it's a matter of perception or really me being either powerless or indifferent to change things. And I do think motivation has been scarce for me lately. Well, just some musings.

Looks like somebody has Senioritis. Or just hit a rhythm with a particular game. These things come in waves is what I've decided.

Pinball machine markets are really strange though. My neighbor collects them, repairs them, and has some classics. He has the first multiball game, and the first one with "a voice". From what he tells me the first one with "a voice" is more valuable than the multiball machine, despite the multiiball machine being more rare. That space jam one was everywhere so I doubt it's very rare, in fact, to a collector, it's probably not even worth $1,000. But i'm not an expert and could be wrong. Still, my dad sold a more rare piece for about $500. Like i said... pinball market weird.

Thats demand speaking right there, something could be very rare, but if no one cares about it, they're not going to buy it. A lot of pinball games are made with a tie-in to something, in this case, Space Jam. The more popular tie-ins one could reason, would give higher demand and thus a higher price. Â Sig by Joel |

Also depends if the machine holds more value as a collectable vs as a machine.
In the case of a modern pinball, this unit may not be collectable at all, but still holds it's residual value. New Pinball machines can cost upwards of $5k. |
