Living in a Wisconsin winter, I don't get much sunlight even going outside. Calcium and vitamin d supplements are probably a good idea for pretty much everyone.

yeah, I don't know how, but tonight turned into Japanese night- ended up at one of the Japanese restaurants in town, then Helix had the bright idea to go pick up some sake and get blasted while watching Ghibli movies, and it's been fucking great.
