[/quote]Don't forget the patents that keep showing up that show they're investigating how to go about getting rid of used game sales. If it just involved them switching to a download only format with no retail alternative (which isn't going to happen anytime soon with America's internet not being up to par yet for most of the nation) there'd be no fuss, but if they sell physical media and remove your ability to sell it there's going to be a huge shitfit. |

Everyone should watch House of Cards on Netflix. It is like West Wing meets Game of Thrones. Except replace killing with drugs I guess.

Why do I have to TRY to have fun with things I used to enjoy nowadays? Anybody else ever get that and if so how did you get over it?

I can count the number of multiplayer PC games I spent any length of time playing (over a month) on one hand. I primarily have fun playing with friends, as long as friends are playing with me, I enjoy my time playing. Whatever you don't enjoy doing, try doing with new/old friends and see how it fares. Unlike MMOs at the time, it  had no real objective or outcome or progression to the story. Unlike FPS contemporaries, the play was laggy and the graphics were weak. On the other hand, I spent more time paying to play PS than I did the following games combined: DAoC, WoW, any CoD after MW4, any BF after 2,  LoL, Diablo3, and Guild Wars 2. And I really loved some of those (WoW, GW2, LoL). |

I spent maybe 1000 hours playing tf2 before I got bored of it. FPS games just don't really do it for me anymore after playing Dota. Dunno why. There's nothing wrong with having your interests change, but sometimes there's times where everything that I enjoy currently just feels like something I don't want to do right now. Part of that is probably linked to depression.
