Thanks guys. The company is an IT Contract Recruiting Firm, my mother and brother already work here but that had little impact on me going full time. I'm general support for our office members and staff, that doesn't bother me. The call center, however did. I also do user set ups with our users and internal application programming and updating.

ANYWAY, there's some lucrative contracts that we get requests to fille and while I don't do any hiring or "Talent Management" myself, I can add people into our staffing database... in case anyone was interested in contract roles. We've had EA, Ubisoft, and both US and Canadian government branches as clients in the past, as well as a number of hospitals, etc. Also, most contracts are "Contracts with a chance for full time" with the company you're contracting to. If you want me to add you to our database I'd be happy to (I, unlike our talent managers, do not get commission on the people I add being placed, but I saw Coelit's FML post and thought he might be interested, just PM me and I'll give you an e-mail address to send info to.)

It's a wonderful feeling when you start getting your name tossed around due to previous projects on campus. 2 career-related jobs in one semester, possibly more in the future.

I started a 500px account and within minutes people were liking and commenting on my photos. One of my photos even made it as a popular photo! Feels good, especially considering the quality of photos on that site.
