pretty sure I've heard stories of the Stone bypassing the stomach and injecting vodka straight into their veins... when they ran out of other injectables, of course.

I got let go today because they are thinning out employees and keeping the "strong" ones. Why the fuck did they even hire me? I work 5 days and improved each fucking time. They even started complimenting me around the 3rd day. I had to call in for my hours several times after they said several times they would call me back and they call me back with this? Yeah naw fuck this. I am going to go do my best in some fucking video games because I guess that's the only place where my best makes a difference.

Its more likely they got rid of the 'newest' people there if you only worked 5 days  :-\

I agree with Caff..  you weren't long enough to make friends or make a real dent.  Don't let it get you down by any means because sometimes you have to take a step back to get a head.

Yeah, sucks but things weren't fitting together for you, do other jobs, office jobs, temp jobs, start in the mailroom jobs.

So, there were two bottles of Crown Royal Extra Rare left at the local Liquor Barn (yes, this exists), and I've always been a patron of crown royal (mostly for various cocktails) I thought I should really snatch one up. 

so I pour myself a glass of the stuff on the rocks.  And unfortunately, while it is exquisite Canadian blended whiskey, it tastes too damn close to the usual Reserve to justify the price difference.  Which is to say, my staple $30 bottle of Basil Haydens Straight Kentucky Bourbon is more flavorful.   

I've been had. 

But the packaging was very nice.  And it'll look good when I hand out glasses of it at my wedding.  (Reminder, be in Lexington late September.)

drug policy in this country sucks. 

I'm assuming you were busted for procession of a small amount for personal use.  Now, if were were caught distributing... we're gonna need some tax collected on that.
