Playing PS2 get interrupted by mother at 11:00 local time roughly to tell me my dog of 15 years is having a seizure. Now 12:25 in emergency vets office getting said dog put down...

Pet loss is tough. [/quote] They gave her a short term sedative before giving her the injection, it started to wear off in the vets office and she started having another seizure just before the final injection was done. The workers at the vet were very nice and personable. It wasn't easy, and no one could have made it easier. But she had been falling down lately, not able to stand properly, trouble hearing, starting to go blind. After the seizure, disoriented, couldn't see at all,. She had a bad ear infection we tried to medicate just before, but that wouldn't have made a difference. If we hadn't done this she would have suffered.
