it must be preference then, but i've never been under the impression that bodywash is superior to bar soap.

How does it feel to be egregiously wrong for your whole life?

It's all preference. I use bar soap and then lotion if my skin feels too dry.
Body wash is convenient but feels too oily and leaves a lot of residue. "Moisturizing" sure, if that's what you want to call coating someone in a film of oil.

Bar soap collects bacteria sitting on a shelf in your shower. Do you want to wash yourself with that?

guy, it's soap. i found that really silly to read. here's a thing on that awful website everyone seems to enjoy regarding this topic, with sources, too. you guys like sources, right?

it is more important to me to be wrong and still have an opinion that i've discerned for myself than to live contently believing what i see on television


i'm pushing this topic on the basis of curiosity. if i'm wrong, then i'm wrong, but at least i'm going to find out. i may humor myself and pick up one of irish spring's bodywash products, but from my experience here i remain unconvinced.

So would you rather use bar soap that may have some germs or bacteria on it that may or may not have some sort of negative affect, or use bodywash that you know doesn't have shit on it from washing your ballsack and then sitting on your dirty shower shelf for 24 hours?

believe what you want, but all that reddit thread proved was that bacteria can grow on soap but it "might not" be bad and it shouldn't transfer it to your body.

also, calling a website terrible that you clearly browse yourself doesn't reflect very positively on yourself does it?

Yes.

I have long hair. It gets in EVERYTHING. I do not want it sticking to my soap. It's a super gross feeling to have really long, stray wet hairs get all over your stuff in the shower, and then get all tangled in your fingertips or stuck to your arm, or whatever else.

If I have a wet hair from my head on my leg when I'm shaving, that fucker gets all caught up in the blade and I have to pull it out. I fucking HATE that.

Zaius one other thing is that body wash can be applied to a pouf or loofah for a better skin scrub. I'm currently using this soap bar with embedded pumice or something, but even that doesn't quite compare.

They're dried out and theres a few loose seeds in the bag, if you want to grow them I can try to remember to bring them to acen...

Yea! If you could that would be so awesome.

And Dtrain has the most practical suggestions. Though if you plan on extracting the oils out of the pepper, I recommend wearing a gas mask or something lol.

Also don't rub them on your gonads.

use 1 or 2 of the others to infuse some vinegar and use that as a base for your own hot sauce.
