I thought this would be too geeky, even for me. Then it turned out to the best thing ever. |

My jeans are feeling loose this morning, and I think that's the most evident sign of progress to me. Can't wait to see how far I can take this. I think I've got a mindset I'm happy with to keep this sustainable. That's been a problem in previous attempts. Congrats man! I'm in the same situation. Even if it's just a pound a week it's really exciting progress. |

"The IOC Executive Board has granted provisional recognition to the World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) after the International Federation fulfilled all the criteria of the IOC recognition procedure. The EB noted that the WFDF is a rapidly growing Federation with tremendous youth appeal, a strong grounding in Olympic ideals, gender equality and good governance, including WADA compliance. The EB welcomes the Federation into the Olympic family."

Wrestling still aint in the Olympics though. I hope Ultimate gets in one day, but wrestling has to be reinstated before anything else.

Also finished OFF today, its like if Limbo and Earthbound had a bastard child, then forced it to take acid and read through the looking glass.

Just found out that the south park game is going to release for PC as well as PS3 and 360. For some reason I thought it was an xbox exclusive and I was regretting selling my system.

So yesterday I got free tacos while eating dinner last night because the restaurant messed up on someone's order and I was offered to take them.
Reheated them for a midnight dinner and they were pretty much the best thing ever. |

I tried it again the other day, and this time it worked out much better. I found some better things to put in the lunches, and better ways to contain/arrange everything. I have discovered a bit more rice is needed, though. I think that it was just a bit shy of enough. |
