Been losing weight the past couple months. While it's not a dramatic drop, I'm seeing steady progress over time, which is really encouraging. My jeans are feeling loose this morning, and I think that's the most evident sign of progress to me. Can't wait to see how far I can take this. I think I've got a mindset I'm happy with to keep this sustainable. That's been a problem in previous attempts.

Congrats man! I'm in the same situation. Even if it's just a pound a week it's really exciting progress.

I'm very happy for you. What's made me appreciate cooking done right is being willing to make mistakes and be committed to eating it myself if no one else liked it. My kitchen wizardry leveled up this week with a sublime meatloaf. I now have a new chore around the apartment: make meatloaf whenever asked.

So yesterday I got free tacos while eating dinner last night because the restaurant messed up on someone's order and I was offered to take them.

Reheated them for a midnight dinner and they were pretty much the best thing ever.

I tried it again the other day, and this time it worked out much better. I found some better things to put in the lunches, and better ways to contain/arrange everything. I have discovered a bit more rice is needed, though. I think that it was just a bit shy of enough.

I cleaned the genesis out too...but I can't figure out if it works or not until I get an AV cable on Tuesday, the light does power on though and doesn't blink or anything indicating a fault.
