Today started off with me finding period blood in a seat and kept going downhill from there.

Maybe check out the grand canyon? North Eastern Arizona is very pretty and the mountains are super fun to drive. The drive to California from Phoenix is extremely boring except the part where you hit the biggest wind farm I've ever seen.

I might travel Arizona earlier in the week,  but I had my heart set on going out of state.

This is the tiniest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel in my life. The room is pretty small too, but not to that extent.

I'm guessing you're talking about driving past Palm Springs. Joshua Tree National Park is a nice detour around that area.

Yeah, that's the one.

You could also just take a road trip wherever. Just pick a direction and drive. One week is enough time to get to the East coast and back. The biggest problem is that no matter which direction you pick you're going to end up driving for hours in super boring desert. New Mexico might be the worst.

You can also use irc.us.gamesurge.net and it will query all the servers to ensure it connects, it doesn't always work though.

That's because it's just a DNS roundrobin, not something that will always give you a working server. If you reconnect, it'll probably send you to a different server though, so it's handy to use.
