Checking my weight measurements from earlier this year. Started at 216 in May. Currently at 189. Progress away! Need to keep working out though, although I've lost weight I have not put on much muscle.

CONGRATS MY HOMIE

CARDIO = LOSS BODY FAT
WEIGHT TRAINING = GAIN MUSCLE

do squats squats squats squats

beyond that, keep up the good work Karth.

I used to be 245lbs when I was first posting to brbu if it's been a while, and now I'm around 145lbs. I was floating around 150-160 last year and then had an inguinal hernia. Got it op'd, had to not lift anything above 5lbs for 6 months, so I lost a bit of muscle mass Sad

Oh well, I'm back at the gym now that it's free at my college <3

So I found a safe under my stairs while cleaning. Never noticed it before because the bottom was obscured by a sheet of plywood and general left-behind crap. Could only see the top before and thought it was a file cabinet.

[Image: N6qoFHf.jpg]

It's a standard key lock, and as the keys were sitting in the top drawer, I am expecting it to be empty.
However, it has some kind of time-delay lock. You turn the key counter-clockwise and it starts ticking, I waited like 20 minutes then it stopped ticking and stupid me turned it counter-clockwise again.

So we'll see whats in there in another 20-30 minutes.... unless the lock is messed up somehow.

'Meditation is supposedly the only way to Enlightenment because the only way to find this truth is through inner reflection - therefore, what you are finding to be the truth in your personal journey should ultimately be exactly what I find to be the truth, though all of our journeys are unique.'
