I'm taking melatonin pills to help regulate my sleep cycles. I'm still experimenting with the dosage, 3 & 1.5 mg were a bit too much. I'm going to try 0.75 mg tonight.

As far as melatonin pills go, I should clarify, it's not getting to sleep thats the problem. It's waking up 3 hours later, and not getting back. I can't take pills at that point because it's very possible I would sleep through work. |

[/quote]Motherfucker took a nosedive down half a flight of stairs last night after I got home from work. Pet ER doc says he probably sprained a shoulder. Normally he waits to be carried up and down the stairs, decided to try to take them on his own this time and immediately regretted it. I'm going to start calling him Mr Magoo.
