I think if I am reading this correctly you will have issues with the noctua cpu cooler and ram fitting.

Some suggestions:

Video card: maybe consider buying from EVGA directly? they will give ya assassins creed 4 black flag and also cheaper along with $10 rebate. If not them check other venders for their deals. Like amazon, similar price to newegg but they have the black flag deal and you don't have to deal with rebate.

Ram: For a few dollars more you can get faster ram. Its actually the same set I got on my build.

Case fans: are the three noctua fans for the bottom and top slots or are you replacing the stock ones? If one is for the bottom one might check out the 150mm fan that has 120mm mounts. Its an odd layout but if it fits its a little bigger.

Cable management: Make sure you pick up some zip ties unless you already have some lying around. Also I found these bases to be useful for spots that didn't have places to tie down too. Can also find em at a home improvement store.

Also think about junk on your computer area. If you want to upgrade switches, power hubs, wrist pads, mouse pads, other junk around ya that will help make that new computer really new!

Also clean your desk and area really well! Take care of the dusting and vacuuming before you get the new beast in place.

I ended up buying my list as it was but I got a decent part of it direct from amazon. I thought about getting the Ram you mentioned but it barely had any reviews on newegg when compared to the x series one. I'm sure it can be perfectly good ram but it wasn't worth the risk as far as I am concerned.

I will reply in this thread, but maybe it warrants its own, a few months ago I bought a 144Hz monitor and I LOVE IT. (BenQ XL2420TE)

Anyone that tells you that you can't tell the difference between a 60Hz and a higher refresh rate monitor (120 or 144) is lying or has eye problems. And it might be subtle, but I personally thought it was worth it (but it was a christmas present, so I didn't pay for it out of pocket).

I am still learning about GSync and I will probably build my next full rig once that technology becomes more prevalent/affordable.

Right now I've got a 3570K at 4.0GHz with the stock cooler, 8GB of 1333 RAM, an ASRock Z77 pro3, a 120GB Samsung 840 SSD, a 1TB Western Digital HDD, and an ASUS 560 Ti.

The only things I would upgrade on my existing rig would be my graphics card and then maybe moving up to 16GB of 1600 RAM.  And of course I still could get more overclock out of my CPU, but I would want a new cooler and I think I would need a new power supply.  I can get 70 to 80 fps in planetside with my current rig, so I am not completely taking advantage of that monitor.

Thanks it seems to be working out so far. I do currently plan to get a 144hz monitor sometime later down the road but I had to cut back for now at least.

cable management the quick way...
Its just one of those things when you build a sweet new machine, take the extra hour or two and hide those wires. Your machine will thank you for better airflow an less stuff for dust to get caught on.</rant>

i've never been able to get the side panel behind the motherboard on properly on any of my builds, even routing a minimum number of cables on that side :-\

went to take a picture of my dented front panel for corsair support and tried fixing my cables some while the computer was unplugged. found a dent in the side panel i couldn't get on but managed to get it attached, so i fixed my cables some while i was at it

For that I did a similar build for my friend that didn't have a modular power supply. For the extra power cables I route them to the back panel behind the mobo and put up sticky mounting points to cable tie them out of sight.

Your graphics card pci power cables should be run behind then back out. About the only ones on yours that would be hard is the liquid cooler data cables. But at the very least I would bundle them into one with small cable ties while pulling slack to the other side of the broad and out of view.
