I love the road map poke.    Typical SOE antics.

The new crossbow thing does 1/5 life to an ESF with an explosive arrow.  No range on it, but still pretty funny.  Also flanking a huge TR's mobs sundy as it starts to collapse is good times.  I like the part where I got 5 kills in 15 seconds, exactly along my refire time.  I think everyone gave up playing anything but Vanu on Matherson, I dunno how else you get 8 of 9 amp stations in an alert while attacking the last one as time runs out.

better yet drop on the side of a busy road/ fight with stalker cloak on and just spot people. You should still get some exp for the spots and generally be an annoying mass of yelling kevin bacons.

Here are the weapons the questionnaire gives you can take it as many times as you want until you get the proper class but you can only do it once per account:

Light Assault: T5 AMC/Razor GD-23/Pulsar C
Max: M2 Mutilator/Grinder/Cosmos VM3 [All lefties]
Infil: TSAR-42/SAS-R/Ghost
Medic: Cycler TRV/Carnage AR/Corvus VA55
Engineer: T5 AMC/Razor GD-23/Pulsar C
Heavy: T16 Rhino/EM1/Pulsay LSW

Thats  pretty much what I was thinking.  Like how I used to use the cloak and dagger in TF2 on Mach4.  I'd get into a weird upper spot above the flag and constantly change disguises while invisible and shout various lines as various classes.  Was hilarious watching pubbies try to find me.

Official SOE response from Radarx:

There are no plans to provide refunds for camos. This is a new pricing structure and similar to a "sale." You guys were early adopters on these items and have utilized them for longer. We do understand that is going to frustrate some folks but I want to be as transparent as possible about this situation.

It is kind of shitty

At the same time I've never purchased a full kit of camo so this is actually really awesome that they did this, now I have full camo for everything.

TBH it sounds like all they need to do is give you the choice between a hyper boost of sorts, or a voucher for double SC. I know for legal reasons they apparently can't do SC refunds (only cert refunds). Though it would be hard to determine who deserves to get more vs how much extra they spent on camo.

In other news the new rifle is awesome. Basically a hybrid between scout and sniper, with the added bonus of never having to worry about ammo and almost never having to worry about reloading.
