I've been looking for an outlet to express some of my thoughts on various bits and bobs in a written, semi-public way. Are blogs still a thing? What sites do people tend to use? Blogspot? Tumblr? Does using either of these make me a prat?

I started using blogger and I like it. Apparently all the cool people are on tumblr though.

So I've been going through old pictures and messages and conversations I've had and holy shit it's crazy to see how much I've changed in a year or 2. Just over a year has passed and I've went from being a hungry skeleton to gaining about 15 pounds of lean mass and being leaner than I've ever been. I'm legitimately excited to see where I'm going to be next year, and when I graduate from school.

So I've been going through old pictures and messages and conversations I've had and holy shit it's crazy to see how much I've changed in a year or 2. Just over a year has passed and I've went from being a hungry skeleton to gaining about 15 pounds of lean mass and being leaner than I've ever been. I'm legitimately excited to see where I'm going to be next year, and when I graduate from school.

I thought this was going to be some introspective post about growing as a person emotionally and intellectually, but of course it's about growing swole with gainz. Oh well.

I mean self confidence is a vital part of psychological health. I remember after doing kung fu for a while I suddenly realized that I felt safe and comfortable no matter where I was. It wasn't that I thought I could beat everyone up, I just felt like I could overcome whatever adversity I was confronted with. That led to me being able to open up more to people and socialize better.

well i have grown as a person, there's just less of a way for me to quantify that in a forum post.
