Hey guys,
A friend of mine needs my help to build a budget gaming rig for him. I've been given a budget range of $600-$700. I haven't researched pc parts for a while so I thought I'd get some extra opinions. Couple of builds I found while browsing pcpartpicker http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2OCkg http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3Mvtg The builds I've seen in this range on the forums go for amd, but here's how far I got with a intel build with the same processor I currently have. It needs a case, psu, and gpu: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3NmBa He doesn't care about form factor and the only stipulation so far is he wants a blu-ray drive. Any suggestions and feedback would be greatly appreciated. |

I would concur with the processor statement. Its not the best but for the money its good.

intel processor (3570K is a great choice). It will be more expensive but its better.
AMD just cant stand up to intel in most respects. (06-15-2014, 03:27 PM)negate link Wrote:Hah elder you would be ramming it into Dtrains ass. |

I dunno AMD has started that they are really going to push their limits on the next generation. We might see some solid processor wars again soon
