Killing Floor sorta happened, L4D (1 & 2) were things for a while before we basically "finished" them

As much as I love PS, the only reason to play it...is there is not another MMOFPS out there, with H1Z1 you actually have competition with DayZ...the mod or stand alone, and Id rather play that if I was going to play a large open zombie game

Basically under the old model, you subscribed to every game individually, $13/month or whatever depending on the game. Sony also had an 'All Access' sub that let you get into anything, and it was like $30/month.

If you played more than 2 of their games it made sense. Now rather than have that they're just moving that $13/month sub gets you everything. Its good for them in the sense that if you want to play more SOE games, hey you have access now.

Its good for them because some % of players will move across games, spend more money, etc. But could create issues with revenue recognition internally, not sure how their system works.

so i bought some implants with certs to check things out. Next thing i know they're throwing the implants at my like candy at a parade.
Dont bother spending the certs to get implants.

I wish I coulda played during double xp to rack up implants. From what i remember (not confirmed) is you get a new one every 40k xp or so. Also a lot of the T1 implants are much more cost effective compared to the T3 versions like regeneration its only a (fudging number) 1.6% increase but the cost goes up from .5 energy a second to 1 energy a second. My best suggestion...dont worry about implants and just use what you got if you got them. Like certs, you'll get it all eventually.
