Its pretty slow, the only use I can think of for it is to hide an do targetted fire support to snipe kills and components.  I think its mainly a lulz build.  But I mean, with all the other great light mechs I have the only reason I'd be driving a 4x is for the lulz.

misery is good, try it out either with AC20 and either 2 PPCs or 2 LPLs or with a gauss rifle and 3 ERLLs

the stalker 3F is kinda w/e but since it still has the super high energy hardpoints you can still do a 4 ERLL

the last one in the pack is quirked for SRM6s so just use a ton of those
