First cw game in stalker-4n on the new purple map. Dropped it first and did +1100 damage with it against wolves and stormcrows.

Though we should limit our participation to only those who have a full or mostly full drop deck. (IE not running any trial mechs). That also means running meta builds. It sucks but you really do need to run optimized builds to be successful in CW. 11:35 Socks Greatbacon_work: Just accept the idea of enemas. |

Why would you need to cosplay just go as yourself <+FlyingMongoose> Caffeine`work: Karrde would actually have to tone it down some. |

I was considering using my raven-3L now since I finally reconfigured it. Don't you think the 3L fits the CW meta better? |

[/quote] The 2x is the one with 2 LLs and 2 MLs. The reduced burn time quirks are insane and makes it a lot easier to target the full burn on a single component. The general consensus in CW seems to be less brawling and more poking, so a light with good range would probably work better. Of course it really depends on strategy. The 3L is a great compromise between the range and damage of the 2x and the utility of ECM. I think it would probably be better than the A. |

It'll help people decide what mechs to run. There obviously is SOME brawling but even most of that is long range brawling. If there's a big close range mess around omega that's usually because attackers are dominating or light rushing. |
