Not necessarily, unless specifically labeled you may just have whiskey infused parts of barrels without any kind of weather treatment. I would ask the garden department next time you're at that store if they are, if they are not, go ahead and treat them.
If the interior has some sort of lining you don't necessarily have to worry about treating the interior. Never underestimate the power of stupid purple in large numbers.Â
But popularity does not dictate a good game in my eyes either as well should be the case for everyone. I never felt like the halo series deserved all the praise it got nor did I have fun with it. Those are pretty popular titles. Ultimately I don't care about the opinion of however many people. Only one matters to me. Mine. And the key component to gaming for me is do I have fun. If I do not then I can not in good conscious call a game fun. Whether other people have fun is on them.
