Just beat it last night....oh dear. That was not good.
Gameplay itself is fantastic...but the story...yikes. I'm glad I wasn't frantically following this game from day 1. |

Have you read what's been discovered about what was cut by Konami? I personally have not, what with not having beat the game yet, but apparently it has folks riled.

Dataminers found "chapter 3: Peace" in the game's files. Beyond that, half the missions in chapter 2 are higher-difficulty versions of the earlier missions. So many plot threads unresolved...you can blame Konami for fucking a lot of things up, but when it comes down to it, TPP was in development for over 3 years...what was Kojima Productions doing in that time? Why was the main story not finished? |
