Yeah, I don't take something very often. It's about 50/50 it's going to work when I do, so I often just opt not to do it.

Maybe I'll have to get into meditation again. It was going well for a while, but recently it's been difficult to marshal my thoughts enough to shut the fuck up mentally and relax.

<3 thanks folks

f.lux is fantastic for automatically reducing the harsh brightness of your computer monitor at night, which can trick your brain into thinking it's still day. After using it a while it's crazy how much difference it can make.

I've used this off and on for years; it use to have a very nasty memory leak I'm assuming this has been fixed?

What spreads do you like on sandwiches?

I like fancy mustards but prefer to keep seeded mustard for hotdogs--I like a smooth smoky one for sandwiches.

I like mayo in moderation for burgers but have never made it or had a fancy mayo

I don't eat bread anymore but when I did I liked peanut butter the best. Especially if the bread was warm or toasted

Mustard only for condiments, but usually meat, cheese, onions, and peppers. No lettuce, it just makes me gag for whatever reason

Real Mayo is the ONLY mayo that counts; miracle whip (and similar counter-parts) is an attrocity, a slight unto mankind and should have never been created. It's impossible to have a good sandwich without good REAL mayo.

Also, I'm a huge fan of Stadium style mustard and it goes very well with sausage and even kosher hot dogs..

I baked challah bread this weekend.  I have a whole loaf left to make sandwiches with.  I'm a fan of brown mustard and mayo on lunch sandwiches.  Breakfast sandwiches are a whole different world, which necessitates butter.

Do butter AND mayo... seriously my grandmother use to do this with breakfast sandwiches for me when I was little and I've never gone back...

Mayo in moderation is fine. Mayo in excess can turn a sandwich into an unholy abomination.

Cream cheese is a fine addition to certain sandwiches IF the bread is toasted.

Mayo, slather it on thick on BOTH pieces of bread, DELICIOUS!

You know what's better than plain mayo? Chipotle mayo, or even some aioli. Up your mayo game.

A good mustard is king. I buy a stone ground mustard lately.
Mayonnaise has long been overrated imo. Actually, I like this brand called Vegenaise better. It doesn't taste gross (it's a vegan alternative to mayo) and it mixes well with most anything; sriracha, garlic, name your sauce.
And the golden rule for my sandwiches is as follows: BBQ

BBQ is like liquid bacon yo.

While I keep a variety of fancier fare around I still prefer plain-ass yellow on my "erry-day" sandwich.  I also like either mayo OR miracle whip (because it's not mayo and doesn't even claim to be such.  It's closer to ranch dressing than it is to mayo), spread right onto each toasted bread half.  Next comes the pickle spear slices cuz they stay in the sandwich better.  Beyond that is whatever meat, cheese or veggie is on the hanker-deck.
