Nope. Plugin allows direct connections to take up the 25th slot, then boots someone to ensure that there's an empty slot for the next console connect. That and if the server is passworded I don't think you can use your reserved slot.

During FNF/TFT I disable the system, it allows 25 people to play, but you can't boot someone

Ah, duh, I knew that.  I just realized that it was because of all the buggery on thursday night.  Server wasn't passworded but TFT/FNF settings were stuck on related to some crashes.
