If Valve doesn't look at this and at least consider using it, they are morons. It's brilliantly thought out, and maintains the way Valve wants hats to be without almost no one getting them.

All they did was say "hey increase the chances of a hat after each drop of another weapon". I honestly don't think it's much more complicated then that and somehow understood the main point.

I've been idling for a week. I haven't received one single fucking hat. I think I deserve one to say the least. I've logged in 300 hours on sniper alone.

Because the classes I don't play need hats that I find stupid. So far Heavy and Pyro are accounted for, but more are required damnit!

I kind of don't like the hats. With the exception of maybe the Snipers' since it so subtle, the break in uniformity kind of annoys me. Probably just me being OCD though.

I did the whole idling thing for like 2-3 weeks with that script program that doesnt open tf2... got somewhere around 300 items and just gave up. I assumed they are either too rare to ever get or they stopped dropping... I guess if it's over 1000 hours they want for 1 hat then maybe i will keep running it more to see if its even possible than to actually have a damn hat...
