So, I can't find anymore recent rotation threads and didn't want to make a new one just to say I think we can safely take plr_pipeline off.  Nobody likes the map and the period of "newness" has expired.

I genuinely like pipeline...for all of 10 minutes. Once a full round completes it's overstayed it's welcome.

I've brought it up several times before, not sure why it was never implemented.  Could have something to do with crappy sourcemod stuff, though I've seen other servers that have both round and time limits together that work great.
