As many of you may have noticed, we no longer have Server #2, Duck has finished his tenure at MIT and the server was booted off the network at school. This leaves us with #1, #3, The mod box, and the L4D server. Here is what is going to happen to each of the servers.
Server #1 - Will continue plugging away with business as usual, nothing is going to change with regards to this server. It will continue to host FNF/TFT and have a majority custom maps line up. (Japan/Aurora now up for voting, Aurora on temp rotation) Server #2 - So long and thanks for all the Fish Server #3 - This will become the "new" #2, with the same rules as it had before. Mic spamming will be allowed here, muting/kicking discouraged with the exception of blatant racism and someone who is being a complete asshat. Duck will be in charge of maintaining this server, so if you want any maps put on message him, it will be stock rotation with the silly customs up for vote (Wackey_races, balloon race, etc). The above poll is for where to move #3 to if we want to move it. That is the list of all available locations I can send the server to, if we move it the IP will change, but Im not too worried about that. The only place I _WILL NOT_ move it to is the Chicago data center with #1, there have been occasions where that data center has gone down and I'd rather not have one error kill both TF2 servers. L4D Server - Will continue business as usual, contact Negate if you have fun ideas for Zombie Mondays Mod Box - Please give some love to UMLan, and contact MissionDifficult if you have any suggestions. It takes a lot of work to run mod nights so show him some love as well If you want to help support the servers please PM me, it costs roughly $90/month to keep L4D/#1/#3 going and any support is greatly appreciated. Feel free to debate amongst yourselves as to where you think #3 should move to (if it should move at all) Â Sig by Joel |

I picked Dallas. I live near Fort Worth, so my ping would be at like -1.

I picked Amsterdam, because the Euro's need some love too!
I figured we already have one server in the US, and it's done pretty well for just about everyone located in the US too. |

Montreal would probably be the worst choice out there...
But I still approve. [move][glow=black,2,300] Vote Benito 2012  [/glow]                             ï@.[/move] |

[/quote] There's not really any good locations in the Northern US that still manage to cater to east/west though. Chicago is probably the best option, in which case you can play on #1 voted for dallas btw Ripped like paper raped with ease hey scrub nerd pyros suck on these |
