Patch Is Out

Felt it deserved its own topic.  It's now live.

Weapon wise, after a few rounds, the guns seem farely intact.  You can still do some pretty right on shots with the M60, though I honestly wasn't that much of a user of the M60 the past week or two.  Was doing some wicked single shots with it, which makes it better than the VSS in my opinion lol

M14 seems like it might be abit better now.  Still takes a few hits to down someone, but it was quite usable.  It was one of my least liked guns before.

Someone said the M93R doesn't suck balls anymore.

APC's take two C4's to be destroyed now.

Server browser kicks ass.  You can now choose by region, hardcore, ranked, punkbuster, and one other new thing I think, so well enough if you want full control of the search and it is quite fast.

AND THEY FIXED THE SHIELDED MACHINE GUNS! Woot! I can use them for the first time since Beta lol

M1 still broke :C

40mm looks to have lost some of its splash damage, meaning kills need to be more direct with it.

Apparently Tracers are faster now and can be better use to peg choppers now.  Not a big deal since I got good at nailing choppers with the Gustav lol

Bayonet is confirmed for the M1 if you go to My Soldier on the BC2 website.  I added the picture below.  I guess this isn't exactly...NEW...but since the M1 is bugged, I guess they haven't released it.

Did they nerf that shotgun that can one shot you from the distance of 2 shipping containers? After that night with conquest, it really turned me away from it. Running around with an overpowered shotgun getting easy kills from a long distance is a quality of gameplay reserved for MW2 only. >

an-94 has always done more damage than the m16, honestly i gotta say i like the first gun better than the m16

just looking at the wep stats it appears they only nerfed the "OP" weps, hot carl's kil radius is .2m smaller, noob tube has a smaller radius, m60 does 5 less dmg. semi auto snipers suck still and every single engi gun is the same. oh and m93r does double dmg now

and m9 does 5 more dmg

It's like the difference between the M60 and MG3.  The M60 may be stronger, but the MG3 can pump out alot more rounds in a situation where there are more people.

Seems Bolt Action snipers got some rather odd tweaks.  I'm hearing they are all similar damage now to the SV98...which is confusing, especially with the M95, but I guess it doesn't matter too much since they are still two shots or a headshot at a distance.
