TF Tuesdays 2/22 - Infrequent Edition

Since the pace of TF2 Map releases has slowed, and some of the ones Ive been picking recently have horrible crashing issues, I'd like to see about alternating every other week with an 'infrequently played maps' edition. I'll pick the four maps this week and if people like this then we can have nominations for the next edition in two weeks.

cp_secret_base - James Bond esq map by Zargon, has been on vote for the longest time but we rarely go to it, I always thought it was fun, but a bit challenging for attackers

tc_meridian_rc3 - How TC should have always been done, but the large file size usually keeps most pubbies away

pl_norad_rc2 - Make sure you download this before hand! By Zargon, Deathkiller, DrunkenGun(cp_labor), and myself, we could never figure out an 'inline model error' that happens on in game download. If you have the map before hand or join from the server browser rather than map change, you have absolutely no problems

ctf_aerospace_b4 - Very epic map, but its literally the largest custom you can download and thus like Meridian, rarely played

Idea sounds good to me, especially considering I didn't get into TF2 until this past summer, so a chance to visit maps that were well-liked before my time is always appreciated.

Problem is the engine error causes a CTD

So you have to restart TF2

I like the idea (especially when one of the maps is meridian), so long as it doesn't end up replacing new maps permanently.

It won't, just the flow of new maps has slowed over time, so its difficult to find new ones that don't crash :/

Pretty sure it works for me once I download it and unzip the bz2 tho.

I thought you had to redownload the file if it crashed out like that. But I could be wrong.

The bz2 wouldn't unpack, after that it would spaz trying to load the map because it wont unpack the bz2
