So after getting an order together for Radio Raheem, I figured I would do a quick post to see if this would get any interest/was allowed. I haven't done his comp yet, waiting on his check, so he can't give you any feedback yet, but I've done one for Honest. (Just finished two for friends that aren't on here, but you can't really get any info from them).
Anyways, I figured I would offer my services to anyone interested. A dedicated BRBU system builder if you will. The computer would cost whatever your pricerange is, or you could go with one of my previously built setups. You'll definitely get the best bang for your buck, and I offer email/phone support as well as help with any warranty/RMA stuff that might need to be taken care of in the future. I assemble, test, tweak, package, and mail your computer to you, guaranteed working when it reaches your door. Customizeable, and trust me, I know my stuff, and will be happy to go over what you're getting and why it's a good idea before taking money/making orders. Again, this is a quick overview, I want to see if there is any interest, and I also want to make sure it's alright with BRBU admins/owners before offering it up. I didn't PM because I'm not positive who would make the final decision on this, so feel free to post in here or shoot me a PM. |

This post has a lot of good suggestions if that's what you are looking for, otherwise Id just post the specs you picked out and let people comb through your list and make suggestions.

i've built 2 computers myself and 1 with my dad helping. and i gotta say. my first build was an amd k6-2 computer, and... well... that was hard compared to my latest computer. with the new part types (sata and pci express) it seems that system building is way to simple. the HARD part is actually getting 100% performance out of ur rig. which im still trying to do. apparently i shouldnt of went with the q6600 with my gtx280, now im bottlenecked alot. i top out @ 14.8k points in 3dmark06 and that makes me sad. so now i gotta overclock my cpu to get that speed up. with the stock speed it was craaaaapppp. but now i need a 3rd party cooler, im kinda lookin into the thermaltake duorb, but my gtx280 is right over my southbridge/northbridge chip (i dont know which one cuz i cant see it) so if i can find a gpu cooler, i might install that too just to take that heat away from the mobo.

I didn't see how the post could be perceived as I needed help, but regardless, seems like there wouldn't be much interest in this. If in the future someone does want a PC built, just shoot me a PM. |

Well, this being mostly a PC gaming community, most people here are quite knowledgeable about building rigs... Your offer is very much appreciated.
I'll add my offer of help. I can help on most issues of alternate operating systems. I hate to give windows help because I find it a terrible OS but I am willing to answer any questions about Linux, *BSD and Mac OS X. I've been a sysadmin and coder for a long time so I'm quite experienced with these. Signature temporarily out of order until I get off my lazy ass to fix it. |

Speaking of which, this here BRB forums is completely lacking in the following. debian vs. ubuntu vs. gentoo debate kde vs. gnome vi vs. emacs old gpl vs. new gpl. vs. bsd license. Ainmosni, I place the blame for this oversight at your squat little penguin feet. |
