I just refer to the entirety of the new spy set as "Fez Spy".

As far as Fez Spy goes, I'd HIGHLY discourage using the Cloak and Dagger. To use the Fez Spy properly, the key is to be very mobile, and the CAD constricts that quite a bit, as the accelerated drain rate (while moving) effectively halves your range in tight situations.

The full set kills decloak noise by a LOT, and is the perfect stalk-killer's dream. Sure, you can nab AFKs and the like, but stalk-killing is where it's at, as far as the first disguise goes.

Also, someone who says DR is -completely- useless with the full set needs to have their head examined. YES, you can't disguise, and have no cloak, but there's one thing; full set completely kills the DR's major disadvantage - the loud decloak sound. I'm dead serious, that thing's next to silent. Essentially, you're just trading one disadvantage for another. If anything else, it makes it an excellent trolling tool.

Personally, I love it. It's also a great training tool for nubs to learn stalking as a spy. I only wish I could use the default spy Revolver with it...losing it's sheer handcannon power makes me a saaaad panda.

One more thing about the new knife: yeah, it's pretty damn tricky to get sentries without a disguise kit. One thing to consider though, is that if you've managed to grab a disguise, and an engie is within the proximity of his sentrygun, but between you and it, and not within sapping range...you can backstab the engie while, essentially, not losing your disguise, and thusly not getting raped by the sentry before you can sap it.

I love me some Fez spy play. But it seems to me as tough not wearing a disguise helps me survive longer for some reason (people just tend to ignore me). I also enjoy throwing caution to the wind and running into a group of people with my DR just so I can silently uncloak behind them once they assume I've been dispatched. Stabbing is fun
