I am severely disappointed in the lack of Global Warming and Revelations from this poll.

Post-apocalyptic society demands there be a post-apocalypse.  I'm thinking our best bet for that is zombiefication on a grand scale.

Maybe, but at least there are still some Revelations believers that are actively trying to trigger the end-times in the middle east.

When was the last time you could say that you saw a scandinavian trying to get a dog to eat the moon? Seriously?

The supervolcano under Yellowstone National Park asplodes and annihilates the United States.

This isn't even a contest, zombie outbreak, as long as I wasn't one of the originals for some reason, I would live and enjoy it.

Something unsettling about the assumption:
United States = World.

I wouldn't call Global Warming an apocalypse... Not the cataclysmic variety anyway... And the Massive Smiting from Fluffy is kinda a general religious end of the world.

Signature temporarily out of order until I get off my lazy ass to fix it.

Actually if that were to go off the ash and debris that would go up into the atmosphere would drastically change the entire world.  Even if the ash doesn't darken out the skies in Europe/Asia the world would still get affected by acid rain and other adverse weather.

And according to some Christians, the world will end in 2012.  The sings pointing to that are the world is united under a false king (supposed to relate to the european union), something relating to the many earthquakes/natural disasters in the last year, the kingdoms of the North, South, East, and West fighting for the city of god (U.S., Russia, China, and I believe they said Iraq participating in the conflict in Israel).

Hey its their signs not mine.

Not to mention the Mayan calendar ending in 2012.  Naturally that means the world ends along with it.

Poll was for "Favourite end of world" not "Favourite Cataclysmic Apocalyptic End of the World."  If I wanted the rules to change midstream I would play in one of Dave's BRBUMGSTFAG's.

Also, Ain, what is your excuse for leaving Y2K and Y2K38 out of the poll? Y2K38!

Let's go the transformation route.

Everyone gets turned into bimbos, masturbates until they die, and fails to raise a new generation since there are no men to procreate with.

If you don't get it, you should see the anime "Revolutionary Girl Utena"  That show will make your brain hurt.

<+Karrde> welp, time to learn some basic patterning skills
<@Negate> 12121212121212121212
<@Negate> there is a simple pattern
<+Karrde> I changed my mind.  Gonna cosplay as a gay demon from hell and get negate raped instead XD
<+Caffeine`work> Karrde: Gay demon? Why would you need to cosplay just go as yourself
<+FlyingMongoose> Caffeine`work: Karrde would actually have to tone it down some.

If Karrde is implying that the premise (or whatever) behind Revolutionary Girl Utena would make for a good end of the world, I disagree because I frickin' hated that show.
