Just as much sense as a moon with a diameter roughly the size of a major city wearing a large angry face staring directly at aformention major city which it's about to hit.

Nah, putting Hyrule through the industrial revolution isn't going to be enough to make me want to buy a new Zelda DS game. Now make a new game for the Wii, preferably using Twilight Princess controls, with a great storyline, new age (dustbowl Kakriko Village was pretty awesome), throw in multiple side quests (including at least one quest that forces you to travel across the land handing off item to people to receive other items that other people need in a fixed time limit so they can give you something else and so forth), and of course to make sure Link keeps his mouth shut and allow others to assume his words for him. That's something I'd be willing to spend $50 on.

Also, steampunk Hyrule.

I bought the game, and I love it.

But then again, I love just about every Zelda game I play.

Well obviously to you it's not a bad thing they got rid of overworld exploration in favor of train driving, but what's your take on that?  That turns me away from the game more than the train aspect.

So far it's ok. Could have done without the train or having to blow into the microphone to play the flute. It was a big thing to get rid of the open world exploration as it's been a part of pretty much every Zelda game to date.

Well obviously to you it's not a bad thing they got rid of overworld exploration in favor of train driving, but what's your take on that?  That turns me away from the game more than the train aspect.

My mind blocks out the bad parts.

Pretend that the train is a land-boat and that the ground is the ocean. It helps.

The last two DS Zeldas are offshoots from the Wind Waker, so I don't know what to tell you.
