No my mother doesn't have a credit card.

And it's not that I'm too young, it's one of those things that never comes, like me taking my driver's test, or me getting my room painted. I've talked about it, but nothing ever happens.

If you're really that nervous about it, you could always pay someone to do it for you and still save a bunch of money by buying online. Just make sure they're reliable and they aren't overcharging.

but it really isn't that hard. Physically breaking a video card is much harder than frying it on accident. Just make sure to take precautions and you won't have a problem.
